Owner & president
Doug Hamblin founded Allied Welding Systems in 1984 and has served the industrial and mining community ever since. A steel and metal expert, Doug works hand-in-hand with company engineers on a daily basis to design and solve operational wear problems. With a cutting-edge fabricating facility, we can fabricate turn-key solutions or consult with client personnel on site.

Athish Singh
Solutions Engineer
With a strong background in both Operations and Maintenance within the manufacturing industry, Athish brings a wealth of experience to the table. Having held leadership roles in the past, he’s skilled in managing engineering projects, fostering customer relationships, and supervising the in-house design engineers.
Athish holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. His blend of academic knowledge and practical industry experience allows him to create innovative engineering solutions that deliver real-world results

With five years of experience at the company, Angelica ensures the smooth operation of daily activities, handling everything from logistics to production scheduling.
